QIDTCLAIM DEED
David C. Hansen, a single man, hereinafter "GRANTOR", of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS and by these presents does remise, release and forever
quitclaim unto Timothy J Bommer, a married man, hereinafter "GRANTEE", whose
address is 445 Lincoln County Rd 109, Etna, Wyoming, 83118, (mailing address, P.O. Box
1728, Jackson, WY 83001), all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand as Grantors have or ought to have, in or to the following described real property,
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ANNEXED HERETO
including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements of sight and record, if any.
This Deed is made for the purpose of partially dividing the assets of Hobo Ventures, a
joint venture.

R119W, of the 6th. P.M. Lincoln County Wyoming, being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe set 186.16 feet s81'45'05"E from the B.L.M. type
Monument found marking the 51/4 corner of said Section 27;thence N89'34'53"W
1,153.43 feet to an iron Pipe found; thence north 654.72 feet to an Iron Pipe found;
thence East 1,153.40 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence South 663.15 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, containing 17.448 Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO: A 30-feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along
the North boundary of the above described Parcel, the Center Line being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Center Line of County Road 12-109, said point being
