Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.

part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 410 of
Photostatic Records on page 823 and in Book 472 of Photostatic Records on page 060,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast spike of that tract of record in said Office in Book 146 of
Photostatic Records on page 684, SOoo-32'-06"E, 577.50 feet from the northeast comer of
said SE~NE~;
thence SOoo-32'-06"E, 201.66 feet, along the east line of said SE~NE~, to a spike;
thence S89°-52'-29"W, 373.57 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
SEY4NEY4, to a point under a north/south fence line;
thence NOoo-1O'-21"W, 281.51 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the south line of Lot
6 of the Budd M. Rich Subdivision of record in said Office as Plat No. 287;
thence N89°-28'-00"E, 100.78 feet, along said south line, to the southwest point of that tract
of record in said Office in Book 473 of Photostatic Records on page 524;
thence continuing, N89°-28'-00"E, 106.00 feet, along the south line of said tract to the
