other good and valuable consideration, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

That parcel of land that was described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming land records on September 6, 1991, in Book 300 P.R. at Pages 620 and 621 as follows:
Beginning at a point 533.2 feet Southofthe Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11,
Township 35 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, thence, East 528.0 feet, thence North
267.7 feet; thence West 528 feet; thence South 267.7 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting that land described in Book 17 Deed, Page 160 in the land records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and also the parcel ofland identified as Parcel 3 in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in
the Lincoln County, Wyoming land records on March 15, 1995, in Book 365 P.R., at Pages 773 and
774.
