feet, along the north boundary line of the SE¥. NE}í. of Section 15, to a
survey point; Thence South J9° 22' 52" East, 2P.7.61 feet to a survey point
on the centerline of Corral Road; Thence South 61.°45' 00" West, l/t2.84
feet to a survey point on the centerline of Corral Road; Thence South
64° 26' 00" \.Jest, 141.23 feet to a survey point common to Parcels A, B,
and C, on the centerline of Corral Road; Thence North 75° 59' JJII East,
2J2.55 feet to a survey point on the centerline of Corral Road; Thence
North 00° 02' 06" West, a distance of 400.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning, enclosing an area of J.OO acres, more or less.

COVENANTS - CONDITIONS - RESTRICTIONS
(1 ) Parcel C is never to be subdivided into smaller parcels of land.
(2 ) Parcel C is never to be used for any type of business - except
an "in-home" business.
(J) Buildings must conform to the general nature of the area.
(4) No signs are permitted - except a sign to identify the owner.
(5) All fences shall be of Lodgepole Pine construction.
(6) No outside burning of trash or rubbish is allowed.
(7) Only electric pumps shall be used for irrigation purposes.
(8) Not more than 2 dogs or 4 horses will be permitted on Parcel C.
AI] other species of animals are not allowed unless permitted by
the seller.
(9) ParcelC must be kept free of trash and its buildings in good repair.
(10) Access to Parcel C from U.S. Highway 89 is by way of Corral Road
or Aspen Lane. Corral Road is a private access road to be
maintained by the legal owners of Parcels A, B, and C.
