SANDNER AND LINDA L. SANDNER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 11 MAY 1994 PLAT OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT WITHIN THE SY2NW1¡4 SECTION 20 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", DATED 23 August 2005, as revised. Together with and including all oil, gas, and other mineral rights owned by Grantors, and all other appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to taxes and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and rights-of-way of sight andlor record. Furthermore, know all persons by these presents that the Grantors do hereby waive and release all right under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
