SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
MICHAEL 1. MAY and FAITH L. WILMOTH MAY, as Trustees of the MAY F AMIL Y TRUST,
established by trust agreement dated March 25, 1994, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor," for and
in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to FLYING
SADDLE, LLC, A Wyoming Limited Liability Company, of P.O. Box 8940, Jackson, Wyoming,
83002, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee," the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
LOT 2 of Flying Saddle, a subdivision of Lincoln County, Wyoming, according
to that plat filed December 30,2002, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, as
Plat No. 164-A.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to
taxes, reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and
easements, of sight and record.
Grantor shall and will specially warrant that the title to the aforesaid property is free from defects
or encumbrances created or suffered by Grantor and will forever defend the property conveyed
by the within deed, and every part thereof, against every person lawfully claiming the same, or
any part thereof, by, through, or under Grantor, and no other.
