WARRANTY DEED
James F. Howard and Georgene M. Howard, husband and wife,
Grantors, whose mailing address is PO Box 710, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in
consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid,
convey and warrant to James F. Howard and Georgene M. Howard, Co-Trustees,
or their successors in trust, under the James F. Howard and GeorgeneM. Howard
Revocable Living Trust, dated May 21, 1981, for the benefit of James F. Howard
and Georgene M. Howard and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 710,
Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate:

Lot 4 of the Aspens at Clark Lane, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official Plat No. 149-E filed December 8, 2003 as
Instrument No. 895669 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said
Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized
of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the
title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except:
restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
