WARRANTY DEED
James F. Howard and Georgene M. Howard, husband and wife,
Grantors, whose mailing address is PO Box 710, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in
consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid,
convey and warrant to James F. Howard and Georgene M. Howard, Co-Trustees,
or their successors in trust, under the James F. Howard and Georgene M. Howard
Revocable Living Trust, dated May 21, 1981, for the benefit of James F. Howard
and Georgene M. Howard and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 710,
Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate located at 44 Quaking
Aspen Way in Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as:
The house and Lot 1 of "The Aspens at Clark Lane Subdivision"
Located in the SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 24, T35 N, R 119 W.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said
Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized
of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the
title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except:
restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
