grantors, for end in consid?ration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, re?eipt of which is acknowledged, grant and convey to Lane
B. AIIred and ~anet L. Ail~d, Trustees of the Lane and Jan AIIred Family Trust dated
June 14, 2001, of PO Box 128:; Fairview, WY 89119, grantees, the following'described
perpetual right-of-way e~sem?nt for the following 'purposes and under the following
conditions: "
1. Purpose Of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing
ingre~ and egress and all necessary access to ~nstruct, install, operate and maintain an
irrigation pipeline over, across end along a twenty-foot (20') wide strip of land to provide
irrigation water to lands owned by the grantees to enter upon the lands of the
undersigned) situate in the CountY'o~ Lincoln, State of Wyoming, said easement being
more particularly described in Paragraph 4 below,
~rantees and theft sUCcessors and assigns are hereby granted the right to
construct, install, operate, and maintaln an underground Irrigation water pipeline over,
across end along the above:described 20-~oot wide easement to such extent as is
deemed necessary to construct, install, maintain and repair an underground irrigation
pipeline to carry irrigation water to grantees' lands:
2. Co~ditio~s of ~Easement, The condition of this easement iS that upon
any construction or maintena:nce being performed on the pipeline in the easement
Grantees shall restore the Gre:ntors' property to its prior ~ndition by re-~ntouring or re-
seeding the land es necessary
3. Prope~ Benefited b~ Ea~me~t. This easement is for the benefit of
the (oilowing des~ibed real property of the grantees in LIn~ln County, Wyoming:

That part of the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 3, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of those tracts of record in the Office
of the Lincoln County Clerk. in Book 101 PR on page 109 and .in Book
356 PR on page 879 as more particularly described on the attached
DescriptiOn for Loa A. BUrgon Parcel A.
4. Description of iEasement. The easement is described as.follows:
That part of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 3, T31N, R119W, 6th P.M,,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: the
West 20 feet of said SE1/4SE1/4 running from the NW corner thereof
along the West boundarY of said SE1/4SE1/4 884.40 feet, more or less,
to the intersection of the :West boundary line of said SE1/4SE1/4 with the
North boundary line of t~e Lane B. AIIred tract as described above
5. Binding Effect: The terms and conditions of this easement' shall be
binding upon and inure to the .:benefit of the heirs, successors in interest and assigns of
the parties named In this instrument.
6. Waiver of Homestead Rights. The grantors hereby waive and release
all rights to the described ease~ent under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming to the:extent that such rights may interfere with the purposes of
this easement.
