Affidavit of Survivorship
I, Melvin R. Hoopes, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law, upon
my oath, depose and state:
That under the date of November 6, 1995, for valuable consideration, Gerald L.
Goulding, Lawyer, P.C" a Wyoming corporation, by deed of that date, which deed was
duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on November 7, 1995, in
Book 376 of Photostatic Records on Page 71. conveyed to Melvin R, Hoopes and Ardell
C. Hoopes, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties. the following described
property to-wit:
NW1/4NE1/4 and NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 35, T35N, R119W of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
LESS AND EXCEPT the following described land:
That part of the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 35, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 56PR on page 329, described as
follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said NE1/4NW1/4 thence
SOoo04'21"E, 558.93 feet, along the west line of said NE1/4NW1/4, to a
point under an existing east/west fence; thence N85°44'03"E, 548,82 feet,
along said existing fence, to a point; thence N01 006'31 "W, 514,04 feet,
along an existing north/south fence, to a spike on the north line of said
NE1/4NW1/4; thence N89°33'22"W, 538.08 feet, along said north line, to
the corner of beginning

That by reason of said conveyance aforesaid. the said Melvin R. Hoopes and
Ardell C. Hoopes became the owners of said real property, and title thereto vested in
them continuously from the date of said conveyance to the date of death of Ardell C.
Hoopes, also known as ArdellCreery Hoopes. on the 10th day of July, 2001. That by
reason of and upon the death of Ardell C, Hoopes, title to the above described real
property vested absolutely in Melvin R. Hoopes.

Affiant avers and certifies that Ardell C. Hoopes, also known as Ardell Creery
Hoopes, is the identical party named with Melvin R. Hoopes in the aforementioned deed,
whose death terminated her interest, title and estate in said real property; and Affiant
attaches hereto and makes a part of this affidavit, a copy of the Official Certificate of
Death of said decedent, duly certified by the public authority in which said death
certificate is a matter of record,
