I, Terry 1. Berryhill, being first duly sworn, on oath depose and state as follows:
1. That I am over the age of twenty-one (21) years.
2. That LaDonna Rees is my friend and former business partner.

3. That my friend and former business partner, LaDonna Rees died on the 18 th day of
December, 2005, in Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
4. That my friend and former business partner, LaDonna Rees had a Will upon her death and
that she left all of her property, both real and personal to me.
5. That the value ofthe entire estate of LaDonna Rees, wherever located, does not exceed one
hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000).
