ALSO, a parcel of land being a portion of Lot 2 of Block 6 of the Willow Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 196 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; and being more particularly described as follows: \5 COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence N 04°38' E, along the easterly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 73.4 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence continuing N 04 °38' E, along said easterly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 66.6 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence N 85°22' W, along the northerly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 3.35 feet; thence S 4 °29 '24" W, along the center partition w"all of a garage and then along a north- south running fence line separating the driveway, a distance of 69.56 feet; thence N 51 °42' E, a distance of 4.34 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
