RELEASE AND SATISFACTION OF NOTE AND MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Hope Eccles Behle, Deceased, as Assignee, by her Executor,
Spencer F. Eccles, hereby releases, discharges and satisfies a certain Note and Mortgage dated
January 23, 1968, made by Capitola P. Fox and assumed by Neil Lunde and Bonnie Fox Lunde on
December 5, 1975, in favor of The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, as Mortgagee, and assigned to
Hope Eccles Behle, as Assignee, by that Assignment of Note and Mortgage, dated October 16,
1984, and recorded July 15, 1986 in Book 240 PR at page 611 as entry No. 658486, in the records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, purporting to assign that real estate mortgage recorded in the
Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on January 30, 1968, as No. 406365 in Book j,.1E..R, Page
438 through 441, and Sublette County, Wyoming on February 2, 1968, in Book 21 of Mortgages,
Page 176, and rerecorded in Sublette County, Wyoming, as Supplemental Real Estate Mortgage,
dated March 8, 1968, on April 16, 1968, in Book 21 of Mortgages, Page 250,
The real property situated in Lincoln County and Sublette County, State of Wyoming, more
particularly described in Exhibit A.
