WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND W ARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:

accordance with the U.S. General Land Office plat of said T24N R117W, dated
September 5, 1911. Containing 40 acres, more or less.
All of the NEIASWIA of Section 2, T24N R117W, Lincoln County, Wyoming in
accordance with the U.S. General Land Office plat of said T24N R117W, dated
September 8, 1911. Containing 40 acres, more or less.
That part of Lot 20 and the SEIASWIA of Section 2, T24N R117W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming lying and being situate easterly of the westerly right-of-way line of the Hams
Fork County Road No. 12-305 as depicted upon the official plat for said County Road
of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County and dated 9 May 1984.
Containing 35.1 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
