QUITCLAIM DEED
(In Lieu of Foreclosure)
Robert A. Fulton, (a single man), GRANTOR, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, GRANTS, CONVEYS
AND QUITCLAIMS to TETON S, Inc., a Wyoming Close Corporation, of P.O.
Box 3393, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, GRANTEE, any and all right, title, interest,
and claim of Grantor in the following described real estate situated in the County
of Teton, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Legal Description:
Lot 202 of River Ranch Fishing and Equestrian Estates at Freedom,
Wyoming, Second Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that
Plat filed March 10, 1999 as Plat No. 383 and 383-A

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging; subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations,
encumbrances, rights and rights-of-way of sight and/or record, and subject
to applicable zoning laws and restrictions;
hereby WaIvmg and releasing any and all claims under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming.
