("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto Lincoln County, a political subdivision of the State of
Wyoming ("Grantee"), all surface and minerals in the following described real estate, lying in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:

County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at comer number 4 of Tract 74 of the resurvey of .

D.S.G.L.O. brass cap; thence N 89° 40' 57" E along the north boundary line of said Tract

Thence S 9° 07' 00" W, 200.00 feet to the current southeast corner of the
right of way boundary for Lincoln County Road 12-234 where is founda 2" aluminum
cap on 5/8" diameter rebar stamped "CCI, PELS, PI, LC 234, ROW, 2005."
Thence N 79° 26' 22"E, 411.03 feet to a point on the west right of way boundary of said
highway 233 where is found a standard WYDOT ROW marker.
ThenceN 13° 18' 27" W along said westerly highway ROW boundary 140.13 feet to the
point of beginning.
