WARRANTY DEED
Dream Venture, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, GRANTOR, of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of 1EN DOLlARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and pursuant to an IRC § 1031 tax deferred exchange on behalf of
Grantor, CONVEYS and WARRANI5 to WYO/MC5, LLC, a Delaware limited
liability company, GRANTEE, whose .address is 4609 Bayard Street, Pittsburgh, PA
15213, the following described IeaI estate, situate in the County of Lincoln. State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenanc::es and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of-
way of sight and/ or record.
