KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 18th day of October, 2005, made and executed by Paul F. Baker and Jennifer Claire
Elmore, Husband and Wife, as tenants by the entireties, as mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust,
as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of$50,500.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 24th day of October, 2005, in Book 602 of Mortgages,
at page 327, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit: ----
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged;
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Trust has caused these Presents to be
signed by its Loan Officer and its Corporate seal to be affixed, this 8th day of February, 2006.

signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said Debbie
-Leeper acknowledged said instrument to be the tree act and deed of said corporation.
