SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, David Mendenhall and Tauna Mendenhall, husband
and wife, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Long Beach Mortgage Company, as
mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage
dated August 13, 2004 (the "Mortqaqe"), and duly recorded in the records of the
office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on August 18,2004, in/as Book 565 PR Page 213.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach
Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-6
Assignment dated: April 15, 2005
Assignment recorded: April 22, 2005
Assignment recording information: Book 583 at Page 633
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach
Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-6, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on October 4, 2005, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee
for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-6 ("Successful Bidder") made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$148,900.59, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on October 4, 2005 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 5,
2005, in/as Book 600 at Page 357;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Deutsche Bank National Trust
Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-6, 9451 Corbin
Ave., Northridge, CA 91324, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and
interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, to-wit:
Part of Lot 1 of Block 26 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the Northwest Corner of
Lot 1 of Block 26 to the Town of Afton,
thence South 20 rods;
thence East 9 rods;
thence North 20 rods;

Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.

belonging, to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long
Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-6, its successors and assigns forever.
