QUIT-CLAIM DEED
MARK S. RYCZ, Grantor, of 602 5th Street, Imperial Beach, California 91932,
hereby QUIT-CLAIMS AND SELLS all of the Grantor's right, title and interest in and to
the following described parcel of real property to JEROLD G. SCHMIDT, Grantee of
3464 Cleveland Circle Salt Lake City, Utah 84109 for the sum of ONE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($1,000.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the following
described tract of/and in County of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming (the "Lot"), hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 63, Plat 6, Star Valley Ranch, a recorded, platted subdivision of
Lincoln County Wyoming.
The rights, title and interests being conveyed hereunder, include but are not
limited to, any and all of the Grantor's rights of redemption or proceeds under the Jaws
of the State of Wyoming pertaining to the above described Lot which redemptive rights
or proceeds may either now exist or hereafter be created in the Grantor pursuant to any
foreclosure of the Lot in regards to that certain promissory note and Mortgage made by
the Grantor in favor of Leisure Valley, Inc. Dated August 29,2001 and recorded in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk of November 29,2001 in Book 478 PR at Page 267
as Instrument No. 877652.
