WARRANTY DEED
John M. Ciluaga and LaBerta P. Ciluaga, Grantors, State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration ofTen dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to John R. Boyer and Bonnie M.
Boyer, husband and wife, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 882, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, the
following-described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
See attached Exhibit A; commonly known as 103383 S. Highway 89, Freedom, WY
and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and
