SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
INTERSTATE INVESTMENT GROUP, L.C., a Utah limited liability company,
("Grantor"), conveys and specially warrants to BRENT DAVIES, a sihgle man,
("Grantee"), the real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the
attached Exhibit A hereto, free of all liens and encumbrances created or suffered by
Grantor, except as described on the attached Exhibit B.
The consideration for this conveyance is the sum of$10.00 and other good and
valuable consideration, paid to Grantor by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged.
