STEVEN S. ROBINSON and BOBBI ANNE ROBINSON, husband and wife as tenants by the
entireties, GRANTORS, of 3695 Lake Creek, Wilson, WY 83014, for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to ROBINSON RENTALS, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability
Company, located at 3695 Lake Creek, Wilson, WY 83014, the following described real estate,
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
All of Palisades Overlook Townhouses Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed October 19, 1999in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 249-C also described as:

Lot 3 of Palisades Heights Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that
plat recorded and filed in the Office of Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 249.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
