I, Della Mae Gibbons of 1913 Allred Rd, Afton, Wyoming, hereafter referred to as Seller,
sell to Ren Jensen and Vanete Jensen of 89052 US Hwy 89, Afton, Wyoming hereafter
referred to as Buyers, 64 head of pregnant stock cows for a total sum of Seventy Eight
Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($78,400.00)
It is agreed between Seller and Buyers the payment for the cattle will be paid for as
follows:

It is further agreed the Seller will rent to Buyers th~ pasture she owns known as the
Tygee Pasture for the summer months to be used. as pasture for the cattle. Buyers agree to
irrigate the land and maintain the fences. The agreed upon price for the rental will be
$12.00 per cow and calf pair per month. This lease will end 1 sl October 2010.
