QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that MARVIN HOWARD PARK
and RA YOLA C. PARK, P .0, Box 5032, Etna, Wyoming 83118, husband and wife, tenants by
the entireties, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10,00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby convey, release, remise and forever quit claim unto to RONALD P. HORNOF and
MISTI D. HORN OF, P.O. Box 5055, Etna, Wyoming 83118, husband and wife, tenants by the
entireties, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property,
possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to the following
described property, hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon,
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to easements and rights of way of record or in use,

BEGINNING at a spike on the east line of said SE'i4SE'i4, NOoo-02' -54"W, 165.15 feet,
from the southeast comer of said SE'i4SE'i4;
thence S89°-59' -18"W, 1322.97 feet, to a point on the west line of said SE'i4SE'i4;
thence NOoo-04'-39"E, 164,59 feet, along the west line of said SEY4SE'i4, to a point;
thence N89° -57' -51 "E, 1322.61 feet, to a spike on the east line of said SE'i4SEY4;
thence SOoo-02'-54"E, 165.15 feet, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
