Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Betty L. Gratiski, Gary
James Juvan and Renee Braegger, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do for
their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim
unto Max Carl Braegger and Toni Renee Braegger, husband and wife, whose
address is 214 Beryl Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, clâim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in
and to the following described premises to-wit:
Lot Numbered Two (2) of Block Numbered Fifty-Four (54) in the
Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, as surveyed, platted
and recorded; together with all buildings, houses and improvements
thereon or in anywise thereunto appertaining
Known as 506 Opal Street
Kemmerer, WY 83101
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
