Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Jay D. Feller, of the
County of Uinta, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed
and by these presents does for his heirs, executors and administrators, remis,
release and forever quitclaim unto Alta Marie Wathen, whose address is PO Box
454, Cokeville, WY 83114, all such right, title, interest, property. possession,
claim and demand, as he may have or ought to have. in and to the following
described premises to-wit:
Township 26 North, Range 120 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian:
Sec 25:
A tract of Lot 2 of Section 25 as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 2,
and running thence Westerly along the Northerly
boundary line of said Lot 2 a distance of 1225 feet;
thence Southerly at right angles to the Northerly
boundary line of said Lot 2 a distance of 405 feet;
thence Easterly a distance of 1225 feet to the Easterly
boundary line of said Lot 2; thence Northerly along
the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 2 a distance of
405 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
approximately 11.38 acres.

Retaining however, to the United States of America;
the grantor, and its successors and assigns, a
perpetual right-of-way over and across a strip of land
20 feet wide along the south edge of the property,
more particularly described as: Beginning at the
Northeasterly corner of Lot 2, Section 25. Township
26 North, Range 120 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, thence South ,along the Easterly boundary
line of said Lot 2 a distance of 405 feet to the true
point of beginning, thence West a distance of 1225
feet, thence North a distance of 20 feet, thence East a
distance of 1225 feet, thence South a distance of 20
feet to the true point of beginning.
And
A tract containing two acres, located in Lot 1, Section
25. Township 26 North, Range 120 West of the 6th
. Principal Meridian. and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Wyoming-Idaho State
Line, which point is 31 Y2 rods South of the Monument
on the said line, between Section 24 and 25,
Township and Range aforesaid, and running thence
East 22 Y2 rods; thence South 10 rods; thence in a
Southwesterly direction in a straight line, to a point on
the Wyoming-Idaho State line, which is 18 rods South
of the point of beginning; thence North along the
State Line 18 rods, to the point of beginning,
containing 2 acres of land. more or less.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
