right of way for the construction lIIl.d continued maintenance, repair, alteration lIIl.d replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines .and equipment of the Gr.antee to be constructed lIIl.d maintained under,
upon lIIl.d across the premises of Gr.antor in lincolD County, State of Wyoming, along a line described as
follows, to wit:

EASEMENT 10 include 10 feet on each side of described line, 10gether with all necessary .and reasonable

facilities lIIl.d 10 cut, 1rim, .spray l1erbicides, or remove trees, Mrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions

The Grantor .ac1mowledges tbat :Electric lIIl.d Magnetic Fields (EMF) Are naturallyoccmring in the
tr!'ln~l~~lon or dis1nòution of electricity, lIIl.d that the Grantee bas here notified Grantor that EMF testing
.and information is Av.ailable upon request from the Gr1lD1ee. This Easement by Gr.antor is intended to
include so much space as is necessary or 1lppropriate to the presence of EMF lIIl.d reasonable operation of
the Grantee's distribution lines.

remain the property of the Grantee removAble in the sole discretion of the Grantee At the Grantee's expense,
The rights, conditions.and provisions of this easement 5ha11 inure 10 the benefit of lIIl.d be binding upon the
parties, their l1eirs, executors, anmmi~trators, successors lIIl.d assigns. Grantor 5hall compensate Gr.antee for
.any damages to Grantee's facilities caused by Grantor, including payment of Grantee's Attorney fees if
.action is undertaken by Gr.antee 10 enforce the commitments described in this easement. Grantor reserves
the right to improve, occupy.and use this easement for all purposes not inconsistent with the easement grant.
.Each party shall have the remedy of specific perfonnance regarding this easement. The rights .and
obligations rlescribed in this easement 5hall run with the I3:nd. This easement is not exclusive, lIIl.d Grantor
