THIS MATTER .having come before the Court on the PEtition For Sale Or Other
Distribution Of The Wyoming Property Of The Estate Of A NonrEsident of Darin :E. Scheer,
praying for.an order .authorizing .sale or other disposition of Wyoming property of the estate of
Gerald R. Grocock, deceased e'Estate~'), by virtue of the informal probate of the Estate in
Jefferson County, Colorado, .and the Court being fully advised in the premises.:finds-that:
1. The late Ger.a1d R. Grocock (the ~'Decedent") died on March 28,2003, 11 resident
of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
2. Informal probate proceedings with respect 101he Estate of .said Decedent .are
currently ongoing in Jefferson County, Colorado,.a foreign court of competent jurisdiction. Filed
herein as :Exhibits 10 the .s.aid :Petition .are certified copies of certain documents from .such
proceeding .as required by Wyoming Statute § 2-11-202.
3. The Decedent left.his .surviving .spoUse .and heir, namely:
Carolyn Clark Grocock

4. A portion of the Decedent'.s E.sta1e co1l$Ïsted of real property located in the State of
Wyoming (the ~'Wyoming :Property~'), which did not exceedinv.a1ue the.sum of $150,000 on the
date of the Decedent'.s de.ath.
3. The 'probate proceeding being conducted in the District Court of the County of
Jefferson, Colorado, Case Number 03 :PR 0391~ js sufficient,.as 11 matter of :fact .and.as 11 matter
of law, 10 cause -title 10 the Wyoming Property 10 p.ass 10 the .surviving .spouse .and .sole heir of the
Decedent, namely Carolyn Clark Grocock for .sale or other disposition.
6. The Petitioner.has been designated .as the .attorney upon whom.any order, notice or
proce.ss issued out of the courts of the State of Wyoming may be .served with regard 10 this
proceeding. The :Petitioner therefore .has .standing 10 be "the Petitioner in this proceeding, to the
-end of establishing íl good record chain of -title 10 the Wyoming :Property.
7. "Pursuantio Wyoming Statute §2-11~202, the Order .and Notice of Rearing to Allow
Bille or Other Dispo.sition of Wyoming Property was duly published in The Rocket-Miner, a
new.spaper of gener.a1 circulation in.and for Sweetwater County, Wyoming, on November 26,
2005; December 2,2005; .and December 9,2005;.and the time for filing claims in thisEstate.has
heretofore expired.
8. This matter .having come before the Court on this 21st day of December, 2005, .after
