Grantor, for and in consideration ofTEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
The Chocolate ShoppelTeen Center
a Wyoming Religious, Non-Profit Corporation
Grantee, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 284, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Beginning at Corner No. 1 which is identical with the Southwesterly Corner of Lot
No. 10 in Block No. 11, in the Town of Kemmerer, and running thence northerly
along the westerly boundary line of said Lot No. 10, North 26°34' West, a
distance of 27 feet to Corner No.2; thence North 33°26' East, a distance of 80.9
feet to Corner No.3; thence South 56°34' East, a distance of 23.4 feet along the
easterly boundary line of said Lot NO.1 0 to Corner No.4, which is identical with
the southeasterly corner of said Lot No. 10; thence along the alley of said Lot No.
10 in Block 11, South 33°26' West, a distance of 94.4 feet to Corner No.1, the
point of beginning. C Said premises being a part of Lot No. 10, Block 11 of the
Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of
record, of sight or in use.
