QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MELVIN LEO WADDLE and
GLENDA SUE WADDLE, husband and wife, Grantors, of PO Box 53, Auburn, Wyoming
83111, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to The Melvin L. & Glenda Sue Waddle
Family Revocable Trust, dated March 8, 2006, Melvin L. Waddle & Glenda Sue
Waddle, Co-Trustees, Grantees, whose address is PO Box 53, Auburn, Wyoming 83111,
the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby

the State, to-wit:

Lot 1 of Block 24 to the Town of Auburn, being a portion of the W%E% of
Section 4, T32N R119W ofthe 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming, also being
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 99.02 feet N 88°23'36" W, from a BLM type
monument found marking the Center-East 1/16th corner of said Section 4
and running S 89°51 '30" W, 353.96 feet; thence N 0°33'06" E, 333.56 feet
to the North line of said Block 24; thence N 89°49'47" E, along the North line
of said Block 24, 352.86 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence S
0°21'44" W, along the East line of said Block 24, 333.76 feet to the point of
beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
With respect to W .S. § 34-2-122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and
warrant that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 8th day of
March, 2006, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers
upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the
Wyoming Statutes.
