Warranty Deed
THIS INDENTURE, made this 12th day of January 2006, by and between LEISURE
VALLEY, INC.,a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue.of the laws of the
State of NEVADA, duly authorized to do business in the State of WYOMING and having its
principal place of business in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR, and
JEH Enterprises, INC., a Utah Corporation
County of Salt Lake, State of Utah,

WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS
($10.00) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these

certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
