Jacobson and Linda L. Jacobson, as mortgagors, to Jack D. Leavitt. Glen G. Leavitt and
Lynn G. Leavitt, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $15,200.00, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
In the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, on October 17, 1994, at Book 358PR, Page 766, and mortgaging the
following described real estate In said County and State, to-wit:

official plat thereof
