Know all men by these presents, that Glen G. Leavitt, does hereby certify that a certain
mortgage bearing the date of September 30,1994, made and executed by Bradley G.
Jacobson and Linda L. Jacobson, as mortgagors, to Jack D. Leavitt, Glen G. Leavitt and
Lynn G. Leavitt, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $15,200.00, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, on October 17, 1994, at Book 358PR, Page 766, and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County and State, to-wit:

Lot 102 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof
The aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged: and in
consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
