Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:

Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:

boundary of said Lot 1, a distance of 52.28 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;

Thence S89°54'12'W, a distance of 44.67;
Thence South along the westerly boundary of Lot 1, a distance of 57.72 feet;
Thence East along the southerly boundary of said Lot 1 a distance of 80.00 feet
to a point of curvature, thence along said curve to the left through a central angle
of 90°00'00" an arc distance of 31.42 feet to the point of tangency, said curve has
a radius of 20.00 feet;
Thence North along the easterly boundary of said Lot 1 a distance of 37.72 feet
to the point of beginning, together with all buildings, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
