QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That C. Bryce Jasperson and Phylis
Jasperson, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantors, in consideration of
Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Ralph K. Haderlie, Trustee of the Ralph K. Haderlie
Trust dated July 20, 1987, grantee, of 2744 Lincoln County Road No. 12-125, Thayne, WY 83127,
forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought
to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
to-wit:

A parcel of land located in Section 9, T34N, R119 of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as more particularly described on the attached "Description: Haderlie
Trust Adjusted 2005".

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
