QUITCLAIM DEED
Ralph K. Haderlie, Trustee of the Ralph K. Haderlie Trust dated July 20, 1987, of Thayne,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to C. Bryce Jasperson, a
married man as his sole and separate property, grantee, of PO Box 1125, Afton, WY 83110, all
interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
A parcel of land located in Section 9, T34N, R119 of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as more particularly described on the attached "Description: Jasperson
SE1/4 Section 9 Adjusted".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument
on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of
said trust.
