RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Pearl Nield, Trustee of the Pearl Nield
Revocable Trust dated September 29, 1983, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date
of September 26,2000 made and executed by Kevin M. Paul, Dexter Gardner and Dee Ann
Gardner, as mortgagors to Pearl Nield, Trustee of the Pearl Nield Revocable Trust dated
September 29, 1983 as mortgagee conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for
the payment of $45,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County State of Wyoming, on
September 27, 2000 in Book 452PR on page 831 mortgaging the following described real estate
