ROBERTS, Sole Owner, whose address is P.O. Box 8103, Jackson, WY 83002 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum o( Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in 'hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: Lot 126 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. NOTE: This serves to correct that certaian Warranty Deed recorded November 18, 2004 in Book 573PR on page 63 of the recorded of the Lincoln County Clerk correcting the name of the Grantee.
