NOTICE OF AGREEMENT OF SALE OF REAL ESTA TE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
By an Agreement dated March 15, 2006 Glenn A. Bury as Seller agreed to sell and
convey, and Michael D. Kohout and Beverly E. Kohout, Husband and Wife, of 806 Cedar
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101 as Purchaser agreed to purchase and accept the following
described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 2 of Block 8 of the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the contained in Warranty Deed recorded December 22,
1978 in Book 151 PR on page 565 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
By the terms of the agreement, a deed to the aforesaid property from the Seller to
Purchaser shall be recorded when the purchase price has been paid in full.
