QUITCLAIM DEED
Ruth Brag of 10197 North Pinion Drive, Cedar Hills, UT 84062, grantor, for the
consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Miles Beverage, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, grantee, of PO
Box 186, Afton, WY 83110, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Part of Lot 1 of Block 30 to the Town of Afton, Lincoin County, Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the point 220 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 and
running thence West 77 feet;
thence South 82 1/2 feet;
thence West 33 feet;
thence South 82 12 feet;
thence East 165 feet;
thence North 66 feet;
thence West 55 feet;
thence North 99 feet to the PLACE OF BEG!NN!NG.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded November 24,
1959, in Book 41 PR on Page 72 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.

LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded August 23,
1965, in Book 71 PRon Page 97 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
