Know All Men By These Presents, That pioneer Bank of Evanston a corporation, of the County
of Uinta, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date
the 9th da.,yof Marc1?-, A. D.1987, made and executed by Jeffrey S. Laub and Cassandra L.
Laub, Husband and Wife as mortgagors, to Hilltop National Bank, as mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $69,049.00, as therein
stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 9th day of March, 1987 in
Book 249PR of Mortgages, at page 39, or Instrument No. 669527 and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to- wit:
