KnoWBII men by íhese presents, that Woodruff David Smith, does hereby certify
that B certain mortgage bearing 1he date of October 17. 2003, made Bnd
executed by Charles S. Barnes Bnd Cameo Barnes, husband Bnd wife, and L
Wayne Shepherd and Cheryle H. Shepherd, husband and wife, as mortgagors,
10 Woodruff David Smith, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned BS security for the payment of $12,000.00, BS therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in íhe Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register

Page 213, mortgaging the followingdéscribed real estate in said County and
