Richins and Nellie M. Richins, Mortgagor, to the Mortgagee, Frontier Certified Development Company, Inc. and recorded in the official records in the Office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of / Deeds in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming on May 10, 2001 in Book 464PR at Pages 177, 178, 179, 180, 181, 182 and 183 as Instrument Number 873201.
