SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that Michael R. Kocha does hereby certify
that a certa~mortgage, dated February 11,2005, made and executed by Ann Herrod and Gary
Herrod, as Mortgagor, to Michael R. Kocha, Trustee of The Hacienda Trust dated February
21, 1992, Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mention as secmity for the payment of
$50,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officib Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the 14th day of February, 2005
in Book/578 PR of Mortgages, Pages 864, and mortgaging the following described real estate in
said County, to-wit:
Lot 11 of Bear Hollow Twin Homes Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to
that plat fded June 20, 2000 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerks Instrument No.
866535 and PI,at No. 393
State Parcel Identification Number: 34192440028700
Is, with the note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharge, and in consideration thereof the said Mortgagee do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said Mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
