1. That he makes this affidavit as his recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to the
provisions of W.S. 34-2-123 and in connection with the following described real property located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming:
S1/2SE1/4 of Section 8, T30N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.

1935. in Book 20 of Deeds on Page 52 of Lincoln County public re:cords.
ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded February
17, 1977, in Book 134 PR on Page 13 of Lincoln County public records.
ALSO Described on that certain plat of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County as Receiving No. 911608, recorded September 7, 2005. prepared by
Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd.. titled "Doyle F. Child Family Living Revocable Trust dated 1
June 1992 Plat of Tracts within the S1/2SE1/4 Section 8 and the NE1/4 N1/2SE1/4
Section 17 T30N R118W Lincoln County Wyoming", dated 30 December 2004, as
revised.
2. That the name of the grantee in that certain Quitclaim Deed dated June 1, 1992, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on July 8, 1992, in Book 312 PR, page 391,
Recording No. 751016, conveying the above-described lands is hereby stated to be as follows:
Doyle F. Child and his successors, Trustee of the Doyle F. Child Family Living Revocable Trust
dated June 1, 1992 ("the Trust").

3. That Doyle F. Child became deceased on February 23, 1996. at which time W. Tom
Davis became the trustee of the Trust.
4. That his name and address are W. Tom Davis, PO Box 248, Afton, WY 83110.
5. That W. Tom Davis is the successor Trustee of the Trust, and upon the death,
resignation or incapacity of Doyle F. Child becomes the sole Trustee of the Trust.
7. That he hereby verifies that the information contained in this affidavit is true and
correct according to his information and belief.
