QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that RIGOBERTO
CHAPARRO, FARREN E. HADERLlE, and DERK IZATT, grantors of County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto the said ALFRED G. IMHOFF
and SUSAN M. IMHOFF, grantees, their heirs assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have,
in or to all the following described property, to-wit:
UNIT BAND LCA "B", INCLUDING ANY AND ALL COMMON
AREAS IDENTIFIED AS "B" AS SHOWN ON THE FINAL
PLAT OF THE LOST ELK TOWNHOUSE II ADDITION TO THE
TOWN OF ALPINE, WITHIN THE TOWN OF ALPINE, IDENTIFIED
ON PLAT NUMBER 191 - D, INSTRUMENT NO. 885056,
RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN
COUNTY CLERK FOR AND IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN,
STATE OF WYOMING.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
