SHERWOOD, PRESIDENT, Grantor, of County of Sublette, State of Wyoming, for and
in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of. which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND W ARRANTS to
ROBERT 1. MCFARLAND and CECILIA G. MCFARLAND, husband and wife,
Grantees, of County of Lincoln, .state of Wyoming, and their heirs, successors, and
assigns, an easement over, across and through the following described property:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for underground utilities and
ingress and egress to Grantee's property within the NW 1/4 of Section 14, T35N, R119W,

and through the following described property:
NORTH Access: Anchor Road
ALL of Anchor Road as depicted on Sherwood Subdivision of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, As Plat No. 44-0; AND

THE north sixty (60) feet of Lot 2 of said Plat No. 44-0; AND

All in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "ROBERT 1. MCFARLAND AND CECILIA G. MCFARLAND PLAT
OF TRACTS WITHIN. THE NWI/4 SECTION 14 T35N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING", dated 12 November 2004, as revised.
3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties
named in this instrument.
