to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

described on Exhibit A attached hereto described as Parcels 1, 2 and 3.

That part of Lot 2 of Block 24 of the Original Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming
described on Exhibit B prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbellabeled "description for Doyle F. Child
Living Revocable Trust, dated 1 June 1992 Quitclaim Deed tract from Kenneth F. Call and
Shaire B. Call Family Trust dated 17 November 1994" dated 16 November 2005.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
