QUITCLAIM DEED
W. Tom Davis. Trustee of the Doyle F. Child Family Living Revocable Trust dated June 1.
1992, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for the consideration of TEN AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Robert D.
Child and Freida B. Child, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of 1084 North
600 West, Orem, UT 84057, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
All of Tract 0 as depicted on that plat of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County as Plat No. 205-0, recorded March 23. 2006, prepared by Surveyor
Scherbel. Ltd., titled "Doyle F. Child Family Living Revocable Trust dated 1 June
1992 Amended Plat of Tracts within the S1/2SE1/4 Section 8 and the NE1/4
N1/2SE1/4 Section 17 T30N R118W Lincoln County Wyoming", dated 17 March
2006, as revised.
') J SUBJECT to a non-exclusive perpetual right of ingress and egress and utilities over,
under and across Access No. 1 as depicted on said Plat; and
SUBJECT to a non-exclusive perpetual right of ingress and egress and utilities over,
under and across Access NO.2 as depicted on said Plat.
The above-descri~ed easements and rights of ingress and egress and utilities are
perpetual, non-exclusive, private and shall benefit and run with the land, are binding
on and inure to the benefit of the grantees herein and their respective heirs,
successors and assigns, and include the rights to inspect, improve and maintain
such easements and rights of ingress and egress and utilities.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

trustee of the Doyle F. Child Family Living Revocable Trust dated June 1, 1992, described in and
which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of
said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to
execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be
the free act and deed of said trust.
